CFJ & Co Solicitors is a well established firm based in Hampstead, North West London. Founded in 2010, our success and reputation is built on our approachable and professional style. CFJ has a reputation for excellence and providing a committed personalised service to clients. Headed by Claudia Francois based in North West London, we specialise in all aspects of Criminal Defence , Motoring Offences and Nationality , including Citizenship Applications. We can be contacted any time of the day or night 365 days a year for police station representation without exception, should you require our assistance when needed the most.

Claudia was born in East London, and her interest in Criminal Law began from watching Rumpole of the Bailey on the TV with her father. He always said “she's going to be a lawyer”.

Claudia’s parents came to the UK from the Island of Grenada. Her Father was a Taxi driver and her mother a Social Worker. With both parents working in “people focused jobs” Claudia developed a greater interest in law as she became aware that any individual from any background could find themselves in an unforeseen circumstances.

Claudia studied at Queen Mary Westfield University, BPP Law School and then the University of Law. Throughout her studies she undertook voluntary work with the Appropriate Adult Service, The Citizens Advice Bureau and Victim Support.

These experiences helped shape her approach to dealing with people. These core values are central to the client service's CFJ provides.

CFJ was established in 2010 – and prides itself on the bespoke service it provides.
